Dear Colleagues and Friends,
A warm welcome to the 2nd EUROPEAN CONGRESS FOR BRONCHOLOGY & INTERVENTIONAL PULMONOLOGY(ECBIP) held with the cooperation of the Turkish Respiratory Society on April 27-30, 2013 in CESME-IZMIR TURKEY.
Through the efforts of the Advisory Committee, Committee of Chairs and Scientific Committee, a congress has been designed that will provide health care professionals from around the world the opportunity to learn about the recent advances in Interventional Pulmonology.
The congress will feature high-quality educational symposia, that will highlight the cutting-edge issues and new technology that is important to all practitioners in these fields. Interesting cases shall be presented in the Grand Rounds. The free paper oral and poster presentation sessions which provide a good opportunity for the participants to share their clinical experience and research findings will be judged by a panel of international and regional experts. Participating exhibitors will be showcasing their latest products.
Also, the congress has been endorsed by the WABIP, ACCP, ERS and ESTS, strong and important scientific societies.
I sincerely hope you will gain valuable knowledge and skills at this congress and work towards elevating the standard of care for patients with respiratory diseases. I also hope this congress will provide you the opportunity to meet up with old friends and to make new ones.
